📦 Where do you deliver?

Everywhere! We have print partners in 16 locations globally, which reduces shipping time, saves on shipping costs, and reduces air-miles. It's win-win-win.

🔎 Can I preview my book before ordering?

Training the AI to generate your unique illustrations is expensive, so we don't show previews by default. So if you do want a preview, just drop us an email! We'll be happy to help.

📸 What kind of photos should I upload?

The photos you already have on your phone are probably perfect.

Most important are some close-up shots of your child's face. It's best if you use a variety of backgrounds, clothing and facial expressions.

Make sure that your photos do not include any other people or animals.

📚 Is the hard-copy book of good quality?

Yes. We use a durable hard-cover binding, similar to premium photobooks.

👩‍🎨 How lifelike will the A.I. portraits be?

Some of the will be very lifelike.

The biggest factor is the photos that you provide. The better and more diverse the photos are, the easier it will be for the AI to understand and replicate facial characteristics correctly.

🖼 What will happen to my photos?

You can delete all of the photos and datasets associated with a book by deleting the book from your account.
